💫 Meet our Multidisciplinary team.

Our dedicated Multidisciplinary Team had the opportunity recently to meet up in Athlone and engage in a dedicated MDT workshop led out by our Managing Director and Clinical Lead to support and enhance their clinical approach as a collaborative team within Orchard Community Care.

This newly established team each had the opportunity to present on behalf on their disciplines, share their opinions and provide valued clinical knowledge to enhance the services and vulnerable individuals we support.

We thank all who attended and contributed to this event and look forward to seeing the growth of the multidisciplinary team within Orchard Community Care. 👏

👏 Celebrating Our Orchard Values Award Winners – April 2026 👏

A huge congratulations to our April 2026 Orchard Values Award recipients, recognised for the incredible impact they make every day across Orchard Community Care and Orchard Residential Care. 💜

🏆 Lorna, Person in Charge at Kilshrewley and Warrenkey, received the Orchard Community Care award after being nominated by both of her staff teams.

Regional Director Concepta praised Lorna’s compassionate and person-centred leadership, highlighting her commitment to dignity, inclusion, collaboration, and achieving the very best outcomes for residents and staff alike. Her ability to bring people together and foster a culture of respect continues to make a lasting positive impact across the service.

🏆 Tom, Residential Care Worker at Cul Cnoc, received the Orchard Residential Care award in recognition of his outstanding dedication to the young people he supports.

Nominated by his Person in Charge, Sandra, Tom was recognised for being a strong advocate and positive role model for the young people in Cul Cnoc. Through his patience, humour, resilience and encouragement, he empowers young people to be themselves, supports them to reach their full potential, and brings positivity and joy to both the team and the home every day.

Thank you both, Lorna and Tom, for truly living the Orchard Values and making such a meaningful difference to the lives of those you support. 👏
