How rather than what.
Identifying and releasing old beliefs is the work. It’s increasingly important to focus on not only what you do but who you are.
What are you broadcasting? What’s the signal you’re transmitting?
Are your deep beliefs in alignment with what you say? Or is there a conflict? If you don’t know or can’t tell, the good news is that your body knows. You can always take this to your subconscious and find out.
Why should you? Because you could be sabotaging every effort you make without even realizing it. The guilt, the blame, the driving yourself harder thing… you don’t need to do that anymore. There’s another way.
