In my happy place ready to hold space for women who are shaking off borrowed beliefs, limiting ideas. From the roots.

Life is happening now. Right now.
Invest in being able to meet it, be in it, enjoy it. Dont take it all so seriously, or at least don’t take yourself so seriously.

It’s a good idea to empty your pockets before putting your pants in the wash, right?

It’s a good idea to shake crumbs off the cloth before going for a deeper clean…

Not everything deserves a seat at a table.

So many people have turned personal growth and healing into a full time job. Every uncomfortable conversation needs analyzing, difficult conversation revisiting,… it’s like having 47 browser tabs open all the time.

You don’t need a strategy for every tab or understanding for why it happened.
If you’re in the midlife season where you genuinely feel like you’ve got no f #*!s left to give, GREAT!

Some of it we can literally just let go off to create space for what matters. The stuff that’s not just noise and mental clutter needs to be met, sure. But let some stuff just fall away. Seriously just put it down.

Then meet what remains.
Don’t force either.

Peace.

Ps. I help create spaces where people can meet what’s left. My free session is one of those spaces.

We like the idea of a full cup and overflow yet don’t realise when we are running out of capacity.

Entrepreneurs and busy professionals think they’re tired, busy or just in a stressful season.
It’s June, they think they need a holiday.

And a better planner after the holidays. Perhaps more discipline. Definitely more time.

It’s worth looking at this all from a capacity perspective. Turn inward. Do you recognize any of these?

One more client inquiry lands in your inbox and you feel exhausted instead of excited.

You finally get an evening to yourself and spend it scrolling because your mind can’t switch off.

A difficult email sits unanswered for three days.

Your child wants your attention and all you want is silence.

A small piece of criticism follows you around for the rest of the day.

You replay conversations at 3am.

You know exactly what needs to happen next, but you can’t seem to move.

Yes to some? To many?

What I believe you need, is more capacity.
Capacity to hold uncertainty without rushing to control it.
Capacity to have difficult conversations without rehearsing them for weeks.
Capacity to disappoint someone without abandoning themselves.
Capacity to rest without guilt.

Capacity to receive opportunities without immediately worrying about what could go wrong.

Because here’s the thing:

More success won’t automatically make life better.
More money won’t automatically create peace.
More opportunities won’t automatically create freedom.

If your current container is already overflowing, more simply becomes more.

More pressure, responsibility, things to carry.

The next level of your life may require a bigger container.

And the good news?
Capacity can be expanded.
And I can help you with that.

What is one area of your life that currently feels right at the edge of your capacity?

DM me “capacity” if you want to have a chat about how this shows up in your life and what you can do about it.

Need more confidence? Maybe not.
You’ve probably already made the decision.
You know what you need to do.

The conversation that needs to be had, the boundary that you need to put in place, launch the project…

Maybe it looks like you’re waiting for the right moment, to be more confident. Often the truth is that you’re waiting for certainty.

And certainty rarely arrives. There are very few guarantees.

Confidence comes after action. It’s a muscle we build.
Ready isn’t a feeling as much as it’s a decision.

Curious about this work? How to get steady to get ready.

Your brain is not a truth machine.
It’s a prediction machine.

When we’re stressed, overwhelmed or under pressure, the mind tries to protect us by scanning for problems.

A delayed email becomes rejection.
A quiet client becomes a lost contract.
A difficult conversation becomes disaster.

This is a very human attempt to create certainty. Stay safe in familiar.

The challenge is that many of us mistake these predictions for reality.

One of the most rewarding things I head from a clients was:

“I don’t catastrophise like I used to.”

They didn’t learn to think positively. They’ve learned how to stay grounded when uncertainty shows up.

And that changes everything.

If you’re tired of your mind constantly jumping to worst-case scenarios, join me for my free weekly webinar, Inside Job.

I’ll show you what you can start doing to interrupt your patterns and create new ones.

DM INSIDE for the details.

Hi, I’m Sanna.

I’m originally from Finland and began my career in mental health and social care as a practical nurse before moving into Oriental Medicine and acupuncture.
Over the last 25 years, I’ve lived and worked across three continents, supported hundreds of people through change, and spent much of my life exploring what helps people thrive under pressure.

I’ve built businesses, raised a family, crossed the Southern Atlantic Ocean from Cape Town to the Caribbean by sailboat, and recreated my life and self more than once. Through all of it, one thing has become clear:
Most people don’t need more information, ideas, thinking and talking about “it”.
They need the ability to trust and stay connected to themselves when life gets challenging.

Today, I live in the North West of Ireland and work with entrepreneurs, business owners and ambitious professionals who look like they have it together on the outside but privately feel exhausted, overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves. They’ve often read the books, listened to the podcasts and tried various approaches to personal growth. Yet they still find themselves stuck in the same patterns:

They struggle to switch off. Their minds never stop. Decisions feel heavier than they should.
And the people they love often get what’s left of them.
Life should feel better than it does.

My work helps people understand what is driving those patterns, build resilience in their nervous system and develop a different relationship with themselves. Not so they can escape life, but so they can meet life with more energy, clarity, confidence and self-trust.

Everything I do is guided by the GROW™ Framework:
Grounded. Ready. Open. Willing.

A practical approach to helping people recover energy, navigate change and step into the next chapter of life with greater capacity and confidence.

Believe you need more discipline, motivation or higher productivity to succeed?

What if the thing draining you isn’t the work?
What if it’s the constant pushing, gripping and bracing instead?

Grounding isn’t passive. Grounded leaders still build businesses, make difficult decisions and grow. They just stop wasting time and energy resisting life while they do it.

If you’re tired of the constant stress, pressure and push, join me for Inside Job next Tuesday. Dm me “Inside” and I’ll send you details.

Are you aware of trying to feel less?

Less stress. Less anxiety. Less frustration.
Less discomfort…?

I’m not sure life is gonna get quieter.
The steadiest entrepreneur isn’t the one who avoids challenge.

As Steven Bartlett wrote recently, it’s the one who can stay present longer when challenged.

To start building that muscle, try this:

The next time you feel irritated, frustrated, disappointed or anxious, don’t immediately reach for your phone, your inbox, food, productivity or distraction.

Set a timer and just STAY with the feeling for 90 seconds. Notice what happens.

Breathe.

What’s your go-to distraction when a difficult feeling shows up?

If you want to learn more about your patterns, habitual responses to pressure, join my free session on Tuesday.
Or follow along here or on YouTube.

Busy ambitious professionals might not always realise how much stress they carry until something pokes it.

That’s why how grounded you are can be hard to measure.

So here’s a quick test:
Think about the thing that irritated, worried, or frustrated you this week.

Now notice your body.
Did you tense?
Did your breathing change?
Did you start explaining, defending, fixing, or catastrophising?

Interesting.
No judgement.
Just information.

Bring grounded isn’t the same as simply feeling calm.
It’s about staying connected to yourself when life gets messy.

How did you score? Grounded or triggered?

If you want to learn more about your patterns I’ve got a free session on this evening. Link in bio. It includes a 22min 9D Breathwork session.

Send me a Dm if you want to know more or you’re ready to jump in.
