If you’re a business owner or career-driven person there’s a good chance you eat out quite a bit.

Client dinners, social occasions or holidays. But they don’t have to derail your weight loss goals. Here’s how to handle them.

1️⃣ Create a calorie buffer.

For 5-6 days before the even take 150-200 calories per day off your regular intake. You’ve now put them in the bank before the excess happens.

2️⃣ Base your meal around protein. 🥩

Choose things like chicken, steak, turkey, fresh fish.

And then we’ll start to build the meal from there.

3️⃣ Add vegetables. 🥕🥦

Vegetables are nutrient dense, low calorie and almost impossible to overeat on.

Load up on them, include greens, and get loads of colour on your plate.

4️⃣ One plate rule. 🍽️

If it’s a buffet style this rule becomes really important.

Only what can fit on one regular sized plate. That’s it. No seconds.

5️⃣ Have the dessert! 🍰

Life is short! And remember those calories you banked earlier (see #1)…this is where we’re going to use them.

We’ve got the treat in without going overboard.

Every person in this carousel thought their situation was unique.

Too busy. Too stressed. Too old. Young kids. Demanding career. Constant travel.

And yet they still got results.

They stopped waiting for the perfect moment and started working with the reality of their life.

Your circumstances might be challenging. But they don’t make change impossible.

Are you waiting for life to calm down? Or are you ready to make progress anyway?

Comment “EVOLVE” if you’re done waiting.

Getting in shape is relatively easy when you’re 22, single, and have endless time to train.

But that’s not who I work with.

Most of my clients are 35+, career-driven, juggling demanding jobs, family commitments, and a schedule that rarely goes to plan.

Just like Margaret. We achieved this result without any extreme diets. There were no two-hour gym sessions. And we certainly didn’t put life on hold while working towards her fitness goals.

We just took a sustainable approach that fits around a busy life and delivers real results.

The challenge isn’t knowing that you should eat better and exercise. The challenge is doing it consistently when you’re leading meetings, managing deadlines, looking after family, and trying to find a spare hour for yourself.

That’s why I’m so proud of transformations like this. The weight lost is one thing.
But just as importantly it proves that being busy, successful, and over 35 doesn’t mean you have to settle for feeling tired, out of shape, or uncomfortable in your own skin.

You can build a body that matches the ambition you’ve shown everywhere else in your life.

If you’re a business owner or career driven person who feels like they’ve let their health slide over the years, send me a message with the word EVOLVE and let’s get you moving in the right direction. 💪

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗨𝗽:

We flew to Mallorca this week for some much needed R&R.

The first 5 months have been very intense.

There have been so many decisions to make with the house build, stressful moments and then the actual moving in.

On top of that I’ve been working very hard since the start of the year. Thankfully that has been reflected in clients thriving and the business continuing to grow.

I always coach clients around the importance of stress management, downtime and switching off.

Everyone has their own ways of doing that but holidays with the family are ideal for me personally.

𝗘𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲:

We now have the systems in place that allow clients to continue winning when I’m away.

⭐️ Andrea has shifted the first stone, been in a gym for the first time, and started lifting some weights at home. So much progress. 💪

⭐️ Orla has dropped 2.5kg in her first week. What a start! She has a training background so I’m excited to see how far we can take this once her nutrition is at the same level.

⭐️ John has dropped 19.5lbs since joining us 8 weeks ago. As an accountant he wasn’t moving much during the day but he was training in the evening. He’s another great example of “you can’t out-train a bad diet.” Once we sorted out his food, results flew in.

Getting in shape doesn’t need to be overly complicated.

The problem for business owners and career-driven people is that you’re just so busy.

So let’s take it back to basics. If you want to look and feel your best this summer:

✔ Train 3 times per week.✔ Walk 8,000–10,000 steps per day.✔ Eat protein at every meal.✔ Cut back on liquid calories.✔ Keep weekday meals simple.✔ Plan your weekends.✔ Prioritise sleep.

Nothing fancy.
Just the habits that actually move the needle when life is busy.

If you need support, accountability and guidance…

DM me SUMMER and let's chat. 👊

When Colette first joined, she wasn’t starting from scratch.

She’d always exercised. She knew the importance of looking after herself.

The problem was that life had changed.
A demanding career, family commitments, and the constant juggle of trying to be everything to everyone meant her own health had slowly slipped down the priority list.

Like many ambitious people, she kept telling herself she’d get back to it when things calmed down. But they never did.

So instead of waiting for the perfect time, we built a plan around her real life. No spending hours in the gym. No complicated meal plans. No trying to train like she did 10 years ago.

Just simple nutrition habits, short effective workouts, and a strategy that worked with her schedule rather than against it.

The result?

Not only did Colette transform physically, but she proved to herself that getting in shape doesn’t require more time. It requires a better plan.

Too many busy career-driven people believe they need to choose between their career, their family, and their health.

You can have all 3. 😉
