Saturday, 3rd of October | 2pm onwards

Join us at Salt & Soul for an hour of breathwork, yoga and connection with your favourite little person!

A Saturday afternoon to slow down, have some fun and spend quality time together.

We’ll explore simple yoga flows, mindful breathing, partner poses, stretches, balances and a few playful challenges, with plenty of support and encouragement along the way. We’ll finish with a lovely relaxation before heading down to Shell’s Café for a cosy hot drink together.

I’ll be bringing my own 8-year-old along, so this one is very much from the heart.

No yoga experience needed. Just come along, move your bodies, have a laugh and enjoy doing something a little different together.

*Suitable from Ages 8–12

A little throwback to many moons ago… maybe 2018? 🤍

Sharing this because we have some lovely news..Danielle is coming back to Salt & Soul! 🥹

Danielle was part of the Salt & Soul teaching team for many years and was a big part of our community. She took a break to have her two beautiful babies, and now, with the kids a little bigger, she’s ready to get back on the mat. And we couldn’t be happier to have her back!

Danielle is a wonderful yoga teacher, with a warm, nurturing approach to her classes.

She’ll be teaching Beginner Flow on Tuesdays at 10am from 7th September.

If you remember Danielle from our earlier Salt & Soul days, you’ll know how special she is. And if you’re new here, you’re going to love her.
