A big Thanks to all the ladies from the Sligo Town Women’s Shed for the warm welcome and their enthusiastic participation over the past four Tuesday evenings.

Together, we explored the Holistic Wheel of Wellbeing, taking time to reflect on the different dimensions that support us to live well, and sharing practical, evidence-based strategies to maintain and enhance our wellbeing in everyday life.

Women’s sheds and similar community groups play such a vital role in fostering connection — a crucial component of wellbeing. Such spaces create a supportive inclusive space where people can come together, learn, share, and simply be.

👣Just 1 spot available in my morning Baby Massage class for my February /March programme.

If your baby is 6 weeks or older this class will suit you. In my classes I limit the numbers to 8 mums and babies, which means its calm and relaxed. I supply all you need for the class, mats, cushions, massage hand book, oil, along with tea/coffee and home made healthy treats. Chocolate is always available for those of you needing a sugar fix 😊

To book into this class or place your name on the waiting list for classes after Easter or later drop me a dm or send an email to [email protected]

You will learn massage strokes, their benefits, like relief of colic, reflux, constipation, congestion, and much more. You will discover so much about your baby, and yourself and make friends with a great group of women.

I am a certified IAIM infant massage instructor, an extra benefit for with this is if you have health insurance you may be able to claim back some or all the fee. Win: Win
