THIS INTERNATIONAL DOG DAY, CELEBRATE THE CARE BEHIND EVERY HEALTHY, HAPPY DOG.

At Forte Healthcare, science and animal wellbeing guide the development of trusted products designed to support pets throughout their lives.

Malabeze is a medicated shampoo formulated to provide anti-fungal and anti-bacterial support for dogs and cats. Its pH-neutral, moisturising formulation contains emollients to help soothe itching and is available without a prescription.

Malabeze also offers two practical advantages when medicated bathing is required:
✓ Excellent lather helps make it easier to see where the shampoo has been applied, supporting more consistent coverage.
✓ A short 5-minute contact time helps make bathing more manageable for dogs and their owners.

This International Dog Day, give their skin the care it deserves with Malabeze.

When a difficult-to-heal wound begins to move forward, understanding what has changed in the wound environment matters.

This documented case shows visible progression over just one week.

But what does treatment look like in practice, which cases may be suitable, and where could PetCellpen® fit alongside conventional wound management?

Join Dr Michael Hiestand live on 1 September at 7:30pm BST as he explores real veterinary cases, clinical experience and the practical application of PetCellpen® in veterinary wound management.

See the cases. Understand the clinical thinking. Bring your questions.

You’ve treated the wound. What if you could improve the environment it’s trying to heal in?

When a wound stops progressing, the body may have the building blocks for repair, but not the environment it needs to use them effectively.

This is where PetCellpen® offers a different approach alongside conventional wound management, helping to support the wound environment and the body’s natural healing processes.

See the progression in real veterinary cases and explore the clinical evidence behind the technology.

🎉 Congratulations to our Vet Nurse Hero!

We’re delighted to announce Carrie Riley from Seaham Vets as the winner of our Vet Nurse Hero competition, following her nomination by colleague Suey Turner.

Carrie was nominated for the exceptional care and dedication she shows to her patients and clients every day, as well as her willingness to take on extra responsibilities within the practice. As a Clinical Coach, she is also recognised for the support and guidance she provides to her student, always taking time to explain theory alongside practical skills and promote best practice.

Emma John, Territory Manager at Forte Healthcare, had the pleasure of presenting Carrie with her prize, with Suey joining them to celebrate the occasion.

A huge congratulations to Carrie, and thank you to Suey for taking the time to nominate a colleague whose hard work deserves recognition.

Thank you as well to everyone who submitted a nomination during Vet Nurse Awareness Month. It was fantastic to read about so many veterinary nurses making a difference in their practices every day. 🐾

What do you do when wounds stop healing?

You've cleaned it. Treated it. Managed infection. Changed dressings.

But some wounds simply don't progress as we'd like. Improving the environment the wound is trying to heal in may help it move forward.
What if, alongside conventional wound management, there was another way to support the environment the wound is trying to heal in?

Cold Atmospheric Plasma (CAP) is already being used in veterinary wound management and we're bringing the technology into focus with PetCellpen®.

No deep dive into plasma physics. Just the clinical thinking, real veterinary cases and practical information you need to decide whether it could have a place in your practice.

🔎 Explore the case studies and evidence on the PetCellpen® Resource https://bit.ly/4xfU8WE

Or join our upcoming webinar to see the technology in action and ask the questions that matter in practice.
