As of 2022, we reduced greenhouse gas emissions from our operations and purchased energy (scope 1 and 2) by 24% (vs. 2019). That's like taking 33,600+ cars off the road in the US for one year 🚗🚗🚗!

As Pride Month comes to a close, we've been busy embracing all identities and pushing beyond stereotypes to create an inclusive work environment for our LGBTQ+ colleagues.

The work doesn't end here. We want everyone to feel like they can bring their true selves to the workplace. To achieve this, we've connected our people to build understanding, inspire participation in regional and global webinars, and encourage allyship throughout the company.

We are very proud to share that our Waterford site has achieved a silver accreditation from My Green Lab!

Our facility at Teva Waterford is the first in Teva to be accredited and the first pharmaceutical lab in Ireland to achieve this distinction.

Recognized by the United Nations Race to Zero campaign as a key measure of progress towards a zero-carbon future, My Green Lab Certification is considered the gold standard for laboratory sustainability best practices around the world.

Thank you to our QC and R&D labs for their support during this process in particular to the dedicated green teams in both labs.

This is an exciting step forward in decreasing the environmental impact of the Waterford Site as we progress along our sustainability journey.
