Please join me in giving a huge congratulations to the amazing Rachel, who has reached her target after losing an incredible 4 stone 3½lbs in just 26 weeks! 🎉💖

Rachel's journey has been nothing short of inspiring. Her motivation, dedication and determination have shone through every single week. She stayed focused on her goals, embraced the Food Optimising plan, and proved that with consistency and commitment, amazing things really can happen.

I committed to losing 2lbs this week and that means planning and making decisions. The kids got their donuts and the hubby tried to tempt me but I resisted 🥳 and had the apple I brought just in case 😁 very proud of myself.

Another amazing week in our fantastic group. Great losses and amazing support as per usual. You will never find better cheerleaders than in a Slimming World group and ours are elite 🫶

And not only did I get to give out one target award... But two 🎯 🥳 two amazing members smashing their goals 👊 and achieving their dreams 💭
I am so so proud and privileged to get to give them these awards. They worked hard for them and it was an honour to be a part of their journey (and I will hopefully have a before and after pic to share with you all to see their unreal transformations) 😉

Personally I am in my element 🌞 in the garden, in my egg chair whilst the kids are in the pool 💕

Homemade burgers and salad for dinner and maybe a low swip ice cream too 😉

Anyone else realise it was World Chocolate day??? I am so annoyed I didn't know 😭😭

But hey who says tomorrow can't be YOUR chocolate day 🍫?

We know that nothing is forbidden on our plan so if you want to include a bit of chocolate in your daily swip allowance then go for it!!! But if you want a nice low swip chocolate treat then we have the recipes for you and some of them include ingredients you wouldn't believe and they taste unbelievably delicious 🤤

If you want to learn how to enjoy all these chocolaty treats then come along...

Oh I'm so happy to see the sun back out and the temperature up ☀️😊

Lovely day spent in the garden with the kids in the pool. There is literally nothing better ❤️

My 4 year old spotted these little cones in Lidl. There are 3 colours and only 1 SWIP each 😍 little scoop of ice cream on top makes it a guilt free cold treat which is badly needed on days like today 🥵 🫠 (but I refuse to complain... I love it).

Just remember you can still enjoy all of your favourite treats with Slimming World... If you want to know how, then come along...

Love when the crisper is too full of fruit to fit all the fruit 🍎 🍌 🍓

And that's just the apples, pears and oranges. There are bananas, strawberries and plums vying for attention there too 😍

Best thing is, that will be empty by Friday... The more fruit we have, the quicker it gets eaten 🍽️

The kids go straight for the colours so not only am I snacking on something healthy... They are too... And this is why Slimming World works for the WHOLE FAMILY 🥳

💎Last night in group was just phenomenal💎

Not only did we share some amazing food that our gorgeous members brought in but we had some fantastic losses from a member losing 6.5 lbs in one week 🤩, another losing 5 lbs after a holiday 🤯 and just look at the awards given out 🥳

But the main event was celebrating our wonderful Diamond Target Members 💎 the beautiful Imelda and Fran both won the award for not only their amazing achievement of staying at their target weight for at least a year (both of them well over a year) but also for their support, inspiration motivation in the group ☺️ they are both truly deserving and I am so proud of them 😍

I also got myself my diamond badge today in my own group and was a nominee for Diamond member of the year too ❤️ proud moment for me too.
