Reiki is a safe relaxing, non-manipulative energy which is highly effective in the area of personal growth, like everything else around us the energy adjusts itself to the needs of the recipient which helps to achieve a state of health and wholeness.

Good Day , it’s been a while!!
I hope you’re all enjoying the summer.
For my clients, just a reminder that during July and August, I’m not operating Monday through Friday. Instead, I’m using a friend’s space one or two day a week only .
I’ll be based at a new location. Unit 10, Seatown Business Campus, close to the Estuary in Malahide and only 5 minutes from my old place Airside .
Access is easy by car via the m1 as it’s just after the exit for airside and there’s also on-site parking.
’ll be offering Reiki courses in September from a larger space at my friend’s location at Howth Junction, just at the train station, with convenient parking available.
I’m still offering one-to-one sessions, Reiki, QHHT, Magnified Healing, IET, and EFT, as well as online mentoring via Zoom and distant healing.

Hi everyone,
My son Niall is performing at a charity gig on Monday, 27th July. It’s for a vital cause, supporting a school in Gaza for 200 children.
The night is in Malahide, hosted by and
Expect a lovely evening of music, art, and wine, including an art auction and wine tasting.
All funds raised go to ,
supporting the children and their school.

Niall will be joined by the brilliant on the night too.
Little fun fact: Saoirse’s dad is , and back in 2003 Paddy and I both had singles out in the same week in the the Irish charts.
Funny how paths cross again.

Tonight was the end of an era… and what a beautiful way to finish.

On my very last evening at Halo Therapies in St. Anne’s, Airside, I had the privilege of teaching three incredible Reiki Level 2 Practitioners. Watching each of them step onto their next path of service, with open hearts, beautiful energy, and those wonderfully hot Reiki hands, was the perfect way to close this chapter.

Over the last five years, this space has held so much love, healing, laughter, growth, and transformation. I truly believe the energy created here will continue to bless everyone who walks through these doors long after I’ve gone.

To my three new practitioners – thank you for making my final class here so special. May your Reiki journey bring healing, light, and love to everyone you meet.

As one door gently closes, I trust the Universe is already opening another.

What a super day today with a lovely bunch of my own Reiki family and Lorie Ladd and Positive Life Magazine
I have been following Lori since 2019 and she has always resonated with me. Lori is one of the most authentic spiritual teachers I know . You are amazing .
Over the years she has helped me through some of my own work ,as well as help me guide my own students. She is in the middle of writing a new book with Jesus ,on his teachings .
So looking forward to it .
We had such a lovely day sitting in his energy and her meditations helped us to get even closer to God .
Thanks to all my reiki family that held the light in the space today it was needed.

Master Teacher course and a Reiki 2 practitioner incoming!!

Over the last four weeks, I have had the absolute privilege of teaching and guiding 4 new Reiki Master /Teachers and a Reiki Level 2 Student Harshal
on their beautiful healing journeys.

Each week, the energy grew stronger, the connections deepened, and the transformations became more powerful. Watching these amazing souls step into their gifts, trust their intuition , meet their new guides , start channelling light language and embrace their own healing abilities has been an honour.

Tonight, the energy reached a whole new level. The roof was truly lifted off Halo Therapies as we celebrated the culmination of weeks of learning, healing, laughter, growth, and spiritual expansion.
Lots of laughs , false tan and Diddies !! Very Irish

To all of my students – thank you for your trust, commitment, and willingness to shine your light in the world. Your journey is only just beginning, and I cannot wait to see where Reiki takes you next.

Take a moment to remember that your worth is not measured by a grade, a result, or a piece of paper. You are so much more than any exam could ever define.

Trust in the knowledge you have gathered, trust in your preparation, and most importantly, trust in yourself. Take a deep breath, ground your energy, and allow calmness to flow through your mind and body.

Call upon your guides, angels, or higher self for support, clarity, and confidence. Know that you are surrounded by love and encouragement every step of the way.

The journey begins
Lovely reiki 1 course 1 to 1 with a lovely lady from Kildare . I originally moved her course because of the protests so I believe she was meant to do it in this intimate way . I have a reiki masters course coming up soon so Ali was volunteering to see how courses run behind the scenes . We did the course over 2 days only 4 hrs a day so it was less work for me but all the teaching was the same .
Reiki is such a powerful transformational tool and the moment the journey begins everyone feels the benefits around you .
