Fasting makes you stronger
How??
Because our bodies over produce hormones like testosterone and human growth hormone to maintain muscle mass while the fast is happening
Our body doesn't know its a voluntary fast, it thinks its a survival event!
So it overproduces these hormones to maintain our muscle & strength so we do not lose lean mass during the fast and we have the strength and stamina to hunt to find food to end the fast
Modern lifestyles work against mother nature
