I don't post on this page anymore as I have my new page (see below post to like and share) but as I still have so many fab followers on here... I am going to share the news here too 😊

📢 📢WE ARE MOVING 📢 📢

From next week we will be in a new venue 🙈🙈 we are moving to Applewood Community Centre just a quick 3 min drive from our current venue 😁

But don't worry... Nothing else changes... Same day, same times, same consultant and most importantly the same support, help and love as always just in a new place 😊
So if you are thinking of joining or re-joining, now is the perfect time....and if you keep an eye on the page over the coming week, there might even be some little joining offers popping up 😁

Don't have a lot of time in the mornings but want to keep on track???

Overnight oats or Weetabix are the handiest thing ever and can be made in one go for the week but also every single one can be different ❤️ it took me 3 mins to make this last night then chopped an apple on top and it's perfect to have at home/on the go/in the office... Whatever you need!
Eating healthy doesn't need to be complicated... Life already is 🙃

Come along and get some more easy tips...
