When all you wanted to do was make a nice hidden veg lasagne but Lidl had other ideas 😭

I've been a blender of veg since my kids could tell me they hate veg 😉 and have happily blended down many a veg with little to no mess only for my trusty blender to give up the ghost after a long life of service (a wedding gift and as our anniversary was on Sat, I know exactly how old it is) and I decided that Lidl has always served me well and I would put my faith in their blender...oh and what a way to find out it falls short of its predecessor 😭 never again will it get the better of me 🥴

Any recommendations??

Think Slimming World is only for women??

I can categorically tell you it is not 😊

Yesterday evening we celebrated our Men Of The Year 🎉 (a little later than planned but holidays got in our way)

Charlie is a member from my 5:30pm session and absolutely deserving of this title 😊 he is at group every single week with a smile on his face and supportive words for everyone. He truly is an amazing member.

Damien is a member from our 7pm session and again, absolutely deserving of this title. His determination to himself and his goals is so admirable 😊 he is always happy and full of support for all of our other members 😁

If you've been thinking about joining but are worried about being the only man in the room, there's no need to be. Our 5:30pm session already has a great group of male members who support and encourage one another on their journeys.

Whether your goal is to lose a few pounds, feel more confident, have more energy, or improve your overall health, you'll be welcomed and supported every step of the way.

Not only are there amazing recipes to keep you full and satisfied and interested, but also motivational and supportive articles like the one below👇

Break free from your "Buts" (and not the ones we get up off of to hit our activity goals 😉) but those ones we use as a reason not to go for our goals even without realizing. I loved this article cause it made me look at all of the excuses I've used to go off track and not get back on and how I can change my thinking around them. We used it in group too, to get everyone thinking about theirs.

So if you would love the group support and magazine support, and website support, and app support...i could go on here but I won't 🙈 then come along and get stuck in...
