Ladies, if you're over 50, you know things start to change. Maybe you feel a bit more tired, or notice your muscles aren't as responsive. It's easy to blame it on 'just getting older,' right? But what if I told you there's a powerful tool on your plate that can make a huge difference?

I'm talking about protein! As we age, our bodies actually need *more* protein to maintain muscle mass – that's called sarcopenia, and it's real! Getting enough protein helps you stay strong, keeps your metabolism humming, and gives you that steady energy throughout the day so you can keep up with grandkids, hobbies, and everything else life throws your way.

It's not about becoming a bodybuilder, it's about supporting your incredible body. Think about adding a lean protein to EVERY meal. A scoop in your morning smoothie, some Greek yogurt for a snack, chicken on your salad at lunch, or fish for dinner. Small changes, massive impact.

I love days off from work as I can really get creative with my lunch.
Using my own lettuce leaves from the glass house and fresh eggs from my chucks its quite easy to russell up a summer salad. Just add, walnuts, eggs, olives, goats cheese for a protein punch and any kind of salad such as cucumber, tomatoes and beetroot, top it with a squeese of ranch sauce and you have the most tasty and fullfilling lunch that will keep you going for hours 🥰😘 and did I add that I used a few chopped black grapes for sweetness yummm...
