The uniforms are ready and the school bags are packed, but dealing with the emotional side of heading back to school is a whole other thing, isn’t it? 🤷‍♀️

It takes so much energy for the kids to adjust to the busy routine again. If you’re trying to find a natural way to keep the mornings a bit calmer, I always recommend Indigo Essences. 💜
