Homemade High Protein Ice Cream 🍦🏋‍♂️

This makes a tub that does me a few days so decrease amounts if neccesary 😅

Pot of Low Fat Cottage Cheese 🧀

Fruit of choice. I used 4 Bananas and frozen strawberrys 🍓🍌

Honey if desired 🍯

Blend Well in a food processor 🥣

Put in tupperware and freeze for 3/4 hours 🥶

If freezing overnight you may need to leave it thaw for a bit depending on the consistency of the mix 🙃

Resistance Training: Google or AI Chat for the basics. Do not pay some online influencer to do it for you. Its more basic than you think. Start small and go from there. And like I always say resistance bands are a game changer for less then the price a cup of coffee 👌

Tinned Fish. Exceptional value for a very nutricious food. I would not class myself as a fish man but love the tinned mackerel, sardines etc.
These were 59 cent in SuperValu Ireland but assume they are a similar price in all the supermarkets👌
You can still eat healthy on the cheap 🙌
