Perfect Protein Pancakes 🥞

We wanted to share with you our amazing protein pancake recipe...these are so filling and incredibly tasty 🤤

Blend:
• 40g oats
• 2 eggs
• 1 heaped tsp baking powder
• 140g Skyr or cottage cheese
• 30g vanilla protein powder (optional- if omitting add 20g extra oats)

We use the Gold standard brand protein powder, vanilla ice-cream flavour.

Rest batter for 2 mins → cook medium/low heat → flip when bubbles appear

All Free ingredients ✔
But also very filling ✔

So this is a serves two recipe
(and honestly… two pancakes is more than enough)

Top with Skyr + berries + Biscoff drizzle:

20g Biscoff
10ml milk
Microwave 10–20 sec & stir

Works out at 1 Bite per portion....(if you choose to skip the Biscoff drizzle it's free!)

(berries & extra skyr toppings will add a little depending on how much you use)
