This is the usual in our home. Real food made at home and extra ready for work tomorrow. I always do my best to feed my loved ones, this is my way of being of service, it's my love language, to feed delicious healing foods to my friends and family.

What you eat matters. It has an effect not only on your body but you mind and emotions. Everything we eat leads us toward wisdom or away from it.

Real food made with love, pure medicine. Pure heaven.

May 2024 end genocide in all countries.

Have you watched the victims, the children being resuced from the rubble? The parents grieving their children?

When we speak about the darkness of man and not turn away we can create change.

Pray for those suffering. Use you voice. Contact local TDs. Talk about it. What is happening in Palestine is a modern day Holocaust.

Aren't we privileged to be living here in Ireland sat on our phones, safe, warm with our children. This could be you. And letting g this slide sets precedence for the future.

All goverment need to act now.

May all children be protected and loved so they dont grow up into these psychopaths and soulless creatures that are appointed to rule over and dominate us all.

The Next 200hour Womb Medicine Yoga Teacher Training course is going to be run at Earthwise from the 21st of September- 11th of Oct 2024. This 3week training creates an opportunity to stay with us & immerse yourself in the teachings.
