Costello Pharmacy Tralee Costello Pharmacy was established as Tralee Medical Hall in 1897 by William D. O'Regan. It is one of Tralee's oldest independent family run pharmacies.

Family run Pharmacy in the Heart of Tralee town, proudly providing each and every one of our valued customers with a friendly service and a high standard of compassionate care since 1897 A few years later the pharmacy was taken on by James Mangan and renamed Mangan’s Medical Hall. Joan Costello purchased the business from the Mangan family in Oct 1981 and moved from the original premises in Bridge

Street to its current location in Russell Street on 1st December 1981. We are delighted to be part of a business serving Tralee for over 100 years and would like to thank all our loyal customers for their support and for shopping local.
