When something happens to my child, my first instinct is always to help — to comfort, support and do whatever I can.

I’ve recently completed advanced postgraduate training in Cranial Balancing for Kinesiologists, expanding the ways I can support your body’s natural ability to restore balance, regulate the nervous system, and improve overall wellbeing.

Our cranial system plays an important role in how the body functions. When there are imbalances or restrictions within this system, they can contribute to a wide range of physical, emotional, and neurological challenges. Through this additional training, I can now incorporate advanced cranial techniques into my kinesiology sessions to identify and address more subtle patterns of imbalance.
