A playful arm balance & inversion workshop

Crow • tripod headstand • Side Crow • Flying Pigeon • Flying Splits • Handstand Prep

Learning to fly can feel joyful, freeing, and empowering but the process can also be deeply confronting.

Arm balances invite us to meet fear, frustration, self-doubt, and the stories we carry about what we can or cannot do. They ask us to fall, to try again, to trust ourselves, and to approach challenge with curiosity and play.

This workshop isn’t about achieving the perfect pose.
It’s about exploring what becomes possible when we soften self-judgement, stay present through discomfort, and allow ourselves to learn.

Expect movement, laughter, challenge, support, and plenty of options. 2 hours asana then enjoy 1 hour to chill out have some refreshments and sauna time. Limited to 12 spots to allow for individual guidance and support.

Optional sauna & cold plunge afterwards between 1-2pm

We are thrilled to have Rachel as part of the team at Lion’s Breath. Her genuine enthusiasm for both her own practice and teaching others, along with the sense of community she brings through her early morning pre-yoga runs, is something that naturally inspires those around her.

Rachel studied Hatha and Vinyasa yoga in Rishikesh, India. She uses traditional styles of breathwork and movement to create an authentic and accessible yoga practice.

Rachel’s flows are strong, energising and playful. Her classes offer a supportive environment for students to challenge themselves in their practice.

Join Rachel in studio on Wednesdays and Saturdays with the option of a relax run pre yoga on Saturdays!

Hanna qualifies for The World Cup 2026! 🌟
What an incredible talent we have here in Tullamore.

Hannah (12) has qualified to represent Ireland at the Dance World Cup Finals this July 🇮🇪

It has been an absolute privilege to see her rehearse in the space at Lion’s Breath her focus, discipline and ability are truly exceptional with her mum Betty by her side very step of the way 🥹.

Hannah trains with studio known for producing outstanding dancers, where she and her team work incredibly hard and support each other every step of the way.

Recently, Hanna achieved outstanding success at a qualifying competition. She reached the finals with three solo performances – winning 1st place in two solos and 2nd place in one. She also placed 1st in a duo performance. In addition, she is part of five group dances that have all qualified for the Dance World Cup 2026.

These are the brownies I serve at our gatherings 🤎 No flour. No refined sugar. Just rich and deep comfort.

Lion’s Breath Cacao Brownies

Soft. Gooey. Refined sugar free. Nervous-system-approved.

Ingredients
• 2 jars crunchy almond butter
• 250ml maple syrup
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 75g grated Nibbed Cacao (melted over hot water)
• Dark chocolate chunks (I use Green & Black’s organic)



Method
1. Preheat fan oven to 180°C.
2. Line two small loaf tins with baking paper.
3. Mix almond butter, maple syrup, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
4. Add melted cacao and baking powder. Blend well.
5. Chop dark chocolate and fold through.
6. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
7. Once cooled, place in freezer to keep them gooey and perfectly set.

Slice straight from cold for that dense, indulgent texture.

As we move through our five-senses meditation, we’re honoured to weave their craft into our practice. Marking Imbolc, the first stirrings of spring and a celebration of feminine creativity makes this collaboration with Irish, women-led makers feel even more aligned.

Join Naomi for this special event in the run up to Mothers Day. It will be an opportunity to step away from the tasking and tending to take stock of how you are doing.

Tuning into your connection to Mothering, its roots through time, its seasons of ebb and flow, your capacity to connect to joys and bringing compassion and care to aspects that are difficult.

We will explore some common nervous system effects of modern mothering and tune into how you can support yourself.

Naomi will lead you through a warming Yoga movement practice, stillness, rest and reflection to weave through your sense of Self so that you can feel embodied and authentic in and with your Mothering. Tea and refreshments to finish.
