Today Aidan would have turned 40th but would of course pretended he was only 35 😆. He also got married on this day 5 years ago after Covid delayed his wedding twice and what a fantastic day we had for it the sun came out after the storm.
He was and always will be an amazing human we are still broken & lost with out him every day is different now but we cherish the memories we have. Aidy lived life to the full with no regrets and definitely brought the party to life but he was such a strong & thoughtful person with a huge huge heart, he traveled across the world just to hold me when Elsie got sick and did so much for us & my children, family was everything to him.

Nothing can replace that part of us we lost with him.,, how could you replace Aidan all 6 foot 4 of him 😆 but I am so glad for the pain it reminds me of the memories & love we shared.

Here’s to my baby brother on his 40th Birthday in heaven we love you forever x

Again so grateful to my amazing clients for keeping me busy! August is fully booked but taking booking for Sept & Oct. Gentle remember to book early to avoid disappointment & prioritise yourself, self care is so important and often it’s a last minute thought.

No referral from a GP is required and it’s open to any man over the age of 18. There are 11 venues to access the service.

My little HappySoul Clinic will be closed for a small break, while the Leaving & Junior Cert Exams are on. Need to be on hand just in case my two might need their Mammy 😜

Beltane marks the beginning of summer. My beautiful Mom reminded me today to bring the summer in & protect our homes. She inspired me to go out in the rain & make my offering to hang on our door to ward off evil & invite abundance & blessings into our homes. Also she reminded me not to forget to wipe that morning dew on our faces as well - good luck for the year worth getting up at 6am tomorrow 😜💜

Any other tradition out there you do please let me know. It’s lovely to practice what our ancestors did naturally with the turning of the seasons 💜🙌🔥
