What actually happens in a bioenergy session?

So here’s the simplest way I can describe it:

Bioenergy is a gentle way of helping your body and your nervous system reset.
There’s no pressure, no manipulation, nothing invasive, just working with the natural energy your body already has.

Most people say they feel:
lighter
calmer
clearer in their mind
Less anxious in their chest
More like themselves again

Every session is different because every person is different,
some feel warmth, some feel tingles, some just feel deeply relaxed.
