Cleaning your hands regularly is your single best defence against common illnesses including norovirus, also known as the winter vomiting bug.

The most important times to clean your hands are:
✅ When you get home after meeting lots of people or using public transport
✅ Before and after preparing food
✅ After using the toilet
✅ After being in contact with someone who is sick
✅ After changing a nappy
