Hay guys not sure if ye can see this but there is a problem with our page, and our excellent posts aren't reaching our followers so we are going to do a new page and hopefully it will be sorted.

I swear these doctors are only wanting 1 thing and that's MONEY.. they will prescribe prescribe prescribe everytime- yes it might fix the problem but what about the other problem that has just happened within your body, some other problem every time which means more prescriptions hense how they make their money 😊

World mental health day πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Alot of us think we are ok, we will get through it, just have to get on with it, I have no one to talk to, I'm embarrassed, but it's far from that.

Mental health is much more then that its about looking after you NO1, we hear at health Nutrition and You are so passionate about looking after you, we take pride in how we have helped many people in life and in body, by simply eating the right foods, taking the right supplements and taking a little exercise πŸ’ͺ

Our mindset has a massive role in our everyday lives πŸ€₯ 2 years ago i never new what mindset was or how it had an impact on everything we do or think, and today I'm so clued in to everything around me, I learn to block negativity out, I learned to keep calm. So many things can happen when you work on your mindset everyday, your working a part of your brain that you didn't before, and all it takes is you to make a change for the better ❀
Decide to decide what you want, do you want to feel better in yourself do you have enough of feeling depressed enough of not having enough well this is where your mental health come into play, once you change your thinking you can change your life.

There is 2 rules

Look after NO1 ( that's you)

Work on your MINDSET ❀❀

IF you are pregnant or in the process of getting pregnant and curious of what you should be eating daily.

Check this out and I hope it will help you.

In the past while I have been talking to women with questions about what to do while pregnant as to how to eat the right food and what fluids to drink to ensure the best development of the baby through their pregnancy, so here is some great guidelines of how to get started so print this off and put it on your fridge to look at every day.

Eat a balanced diet with a wide variety of foods.

Avoid alcohol, smoking and other harmful substances.

Cut the caffeine- ideally you should cut caffeine out of your diet. Begin to wean yourself off caffeine whilst trying for a baby

Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. These are rich in folic acid (vital to the development of a baby's spinal cord) and Vitamin C important for iron absorption. You should be aiming to achieve 400mcg folic acid per day (more if you have a family history of neural tube defects, epilepsy or Type 1 diabetes

Eat beans, peas and lentils. They are an excellent source of vegetable protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals. You don't need to be a vegetarian to enjoy them.

Get 3 portions of dairy per day (or use fortified alternative) to ensure that you are getting adequate levels of calcium and Vitamin D. if you are under 18 or carrying twins more, this should be increased to 5 portions.

Eat oily fish such as: Salmon, mackerel and sardines to provide Omega 3's DHA and EPA. These aid the development of your baby's brain and eyes. Try to limit sources of methyl mercury such as shark, marlin and swordfish. Limit tuna: 1-2 servings of fresh tuna (150g) or two cans tinned tuna per week

Red meat can be eaten 3 times per week as it is a rich source of protein and contains iron needed for healthy blood development and will help to prevent anemia during pregnancy. - Liver should be avoided as it is high in vitamin A in the form of retinol which may be toxic in high levels.

Get adequate portions of wholegrain starchy foods e.g. brown rice, Wholegrain breads and pastas. These will help to keep blood sugar levels stable giving you sustained energy and also provide a source of fiber.

Eat lean cuts if having meat and poultry and avoid processed meats such as sausages and bacon as they are high in salt and fat.
