🕉 Tibetan Singing Bowls Sound Therapist (1:1 & Small Group) Flora began the practice of Yoga in 2017 since then she has travelled to India - Rishikesh is known as the Yoga Capital Of the world and is very famous for its spiritual vibe and completed her 500 hours

Yoga Teacher Advanced Training in 2018 with Chandra Yoga International. Flora is qualified for both Traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga Teacher which is certified by Yoga Alliance and also has been internationally recognised credential of Yoga Training. During lockdown in 2021, Flora has studied 85 Hour-Online Yin Yoga Teacher Training Course with Adiyogpeeth, 150 - Hour online YACEP Multilevel Advance Yoga Flexibility Training Certificate Course with Praveen Yoga Academy. Flora's yoga teaching experience started in 2019 up to the present. She understands that Yoga is not just to improve strength, balance and flexibility. She is a passionate yoga practitioner by teaching Yoga is her pleasure to help her student to develop awareness, to increase consciousness and knowledge toward the Yoga Journey. Flora truly believes that “Yoga is a journey and it is not a destination, if you know the direction, you can guide well and achieve it as long as you work hard on it.”

🕉We practice to calm down the busy mind through meditation

🕉We improve our breathing patterns

🕉Whatever you do, just do it well. Be humble, and only focus on your own practice without worrying about others' opinions. You are your own peacefulness, you are your own universe.

🕉 Be grounded and do what we can offer to the body and mind.
🕉 It's okay if the body is not flexible that's why we practice;
🕉 It's okay if we don't know how to breath properly , that's why we need to practice and bring it back to the balance.

🕉 It's okay if our balance is not good, and that's why we practice and make it progress.

🕉So, if you don't practice, how are you going to improve what you desire for?
