Yoga Teacher Advanced Training in 2018 with Chandra Yoga International. Flora is qualified for both Traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga Teacher which is certified by Yoga Alliance and also has been internationally recognised credential of Yoga Training. During lockdown in 2021, Flora has studied 85 Hour-Online Yin Yoga Teacher Training Course with Adiyogpeeth, 150 - Hour online YACEP Multilevel Advance Yoga Flexibility Training Certificate Course with Praveen Yoga Academy. Flora's yoga teaching experience started in 2019 up to the present. She understands that Yoga is not just to improve strength, balance and flexibility. She is a passionate yoga practitioner by teaching Yoga is her pleasure to help her student to develop awareness, to increase consciousness and knowledge toward the Yoga Journey. Flora truly believes that โ€œYoga is a journey and it is not a destination, if you know the direction, you can guide well and achieve it as long as you work hard on it.โ€

๐Ÿ•‰ The more you practice, the calmer and peaceful you retrieve for yourself. You learn to slow down to breathe properly; you practice to calm down to ease your mind and soothe the emotions, and you aware of how to manage to relax the body because your breath and mind are both approached to the point of stillness.

๐Ÿ•‰ So is Yoga just for stretching and flexibility? I don't know how to answer your doubt, but if you embark on the yoga journey yourself, you will discover the answer by your own experience, and time will tell.
