Back-to-school season often brings a fresh start ❤️.

Once routines begin to settle again, many people find it easier to plan meals, organise lunches and make time for themselves too.

A few things that always help me are planning meals for the week, keeping easy favourites in the fridge and freezer and having healthy lunches ready for busy days.

Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated, it just needs to work around real life.

Getting more active doesn't have to mean hours in the gym!

One of the things I love about Slimming World's physical activity support programme is that it's all about finding activities that fit into your everyday life. For me, that might be a jog before everyone else gets up, a walk after dinner, or getting out in the fresh air whenever I can.

Those small moments soon add up and can make a huge difference to how you feel.
