Patricia is now running a Yoga Lates Class on Monday Evenings at 5 45pm at Waterford My Yoga Centre , this class will help with Muscular Skeletal problems, she will use both Yoga and Pilates to take you into the correct alignment this well enable you to move while protecting your body but at the same time working core Muscles to help strengthen our spine. I is now running a Yoga Lates Class, desinged to help and improve Muscular Sketal problems, at Waterford My Yoga Cretre, starts Monday 5.45pm. Patricia will teach pilates and combine some yoga techniques, to help and strengeth the body, Why not come along and try the first class, before joining the course.
