I’ve been quiet on here because honestly, I’ve been navigating one of the most stressful and exhausting periods of my life.
I thought I was taking care of myself, but I realised I wasn’t truly slowing down long enough for my nervous system to regulate.
That’s when I started prioritising kinesiology for myself again, even if it was just a quick balance, stress release or gentle energy healing session.
And every time, it helped bring me back to feeling like myself.
This work constantly reminds me how deeply stress impacts the body emotionally, physically and energetically, and how powerful it can be when the body is finally given the support it needs.
The fact I get to practice kinesiology and support others through stress, burnout and overwhelm genuinely makes me so grateful, as I’ve seen firsthand the impact even just one session can have.
Over the past few months I’ve still been seeing a small few of my regular clients every few weeks, but I’m now opening up more spaces again throughout June, including some Saturday morning appointments for new clients ✨
