Jackie Crowley here to tell you a little bit about myself. Yes I am a total foodie and love all things Nutrition! It totally amazes me how much nutrition can impact our wellbeing, either positively or negatively. Being a Nutritional Therapist I love working with people to improve different aspects of their health. It can be anything from body composition, improving energy levels, reducing fatigue,

testing for food allergies, balancing hormones and digestion problems. Nutrition is the one thing we all have control over and we should be using it for optimal health benefits. I work mostly with ladies in 30's-50's bracket, but not always! So if you feel you would benefit from one of my programs don't hesitate to PM me. Remember it's never too late to start! Always be Positive :)
