September always feels like a second January to me.

Summer is over, routines are coming back and there are still four full months left in the year.

That is a LOT of time to make progress.

You don’t need to go all-in for the next four months. You need to build habits you can actually keep when life gets busy.

Use September to reset.
October to build.
November to stay consistent.
And December to protect the progress you’ve made while still enjoying Christmas.

Because imagine getting to January and not feeling like you need to “start again”.

No guilt. No extreme diet. No trying to undo an entire month.

You just… keep going. ❤️

The next four months are going to pass anyway.

What could change if you stopped waiting for January and started now?

This is exactly why I say you don’t need more time…. you need something that actually works with the life you already have.

Sinead is a mum of two, works full time and, like so many women, had spent years putting herself further and further down the list.

There was always something else that needed doing. Work. Kids. Home. Life.

So we didn’t try to create some “perfect” routine that required her to suddenly have hours of free time.

We built the plan around her life.

Strength training she could realistically commit to.
Nutrition that didn’t mean living on salads or cooking separate meals.
Daily movement.
Structure.
Accountability.
And most importantly….. consistency.

And look at the difference. 🔥

Yes, her body has changed - but what I love even more is what happens when a woman starts feeling stronger, happier and more confident in herself again.

You don’t need to put your life on hold to work on you.

The right plan should fit into your life - not take it over.

You’re busy. I get it.

You’re working, looking after everyone else, running a home, juggling kids and by the time you finally get a minute for yourself… you’re exhausted.

So your own health keeps getting pushed further and further down the list.

But here’s the thing - waiting for life to become less busy usually doesn’t work. There will always be something.

And prioritising yourself doesn’t mean spending hours in the gym, eating perfectly or completely overhauling your life.

It might look like 2–3 home workouts a week.
Getting out for your steps.
Eating proper meals with enough protein.
Going to bed a little earlier.
Planning ahead when you know you’ve a mental week coming.

Small things, done consistently, around the life you already have.

Because taking care of yourself isn’t taking time away from your family or everything else you have going on.

It’s what allows you to show up with more energy, confidence and strength for all of it. ❤️

And maybe it’s time you stopped being the last person on your own priority list.

If you’re ready to make some space for YOU, send me a message and we’ll have a chat 💌

Before you decide that “nothing works”, ask yourself how long you’ve actually been consistent with the things that do.

Not Monday to Thursday.
Not for one really good week.
Not until life gets busy, the weekend comes around or motivation disappears.

I mean consistently.

Strength training. Enough protein. Daily movement. Calories that support your goal. Sleep. Recovery. And learning how to enjoy your weekends without undoing everything you’ve worked for all week.

You don’t need another extreme diet, detox or complete overhaul.

You need to give the basics enough time to actually work.

Give me 30 days of consistency before you tell me your body isn’t responding. 💃🚀

How is August over already?! 😭❤️

A month of work, family, new clients, fresh air, making memories and everything in between.

Menopause can change how your body feels. It doesn’t mean the fundamentals suddenly stop working.

Sleep can be disrupted.
Energy can fluctuate.
Recovery can become harder.
Appetite, cravings and mood can change.

And yes - all of that can make getting results feel harder.

But this is exactly why having the right coach matters.

A good coach doesn’t just hand every woman the same “menopause plan.”

They adjust your training around your energy, symptoms and recovery.

They adjust your nutrition around you.

They know when to push, when to pull back and when your expectations need to change.

And that doesn’t necessarily mean doing less.

Some of my peri and postmenopausal clients are stronger, fitter and training harder than they ever have.

Why?

Because I’m programming around the individual in front of me - not simply their menopause status.

Your body isn’t broken.
The fundamentals still work.

They just need to work for YOU and your life. 🤍

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you start.

Most of the women I work with are busy. They have careers, businesses, kids, responsibilities and somewhere along the way, looking after themselves got pushed further down the list.

They don’t need another restrictive diet or a plan that takes over their life.

They need something that works with the life they already have.

A way to eat that nourishes them.

Strength training that makes them feel capable.

Habits they can actually maintain.

Accountability when motivation disappears.

And the confidence to know that one busy week doesn’t undo everything.

Because ultimately, this is about so much more than losing weight.

It’s about feeling strong, energised, confident and like yourself again.

Sound like something you need?

You say you want to feel better.

More energy.
More confident in your body.
Stronger. Healthier. More like yourself again.

But wanting it and building a life that supports it are two different things.

And this is where so many women get stuck.

You keep waiting for the perfect week.
For work to calm down.
For the kids to need you less.
For Monday.
For motivation to magically appear.

Meanwhile, you keep putting yourself at the bottom of the list.

The truth is, you don’t need to completely overhaul your life.

You need to start making different decisions within the life you already have.

A proper breakfast.
Getting your steps in.
Training even when you only have 30 minutes.
Planning your food instead of grabbing whatever is easiest.
Going to bed instead of scrolling for another hour.

None of those things are groundbreaking.

But repeated consistently? They change you.

You are not stuck.
And where you are today does not have to be where you are six months from now.

But at some point, you have to stop waiting to feel ready and start showing up for the woman you keep saying you want to become.

Your habits got you here.
Your habits can take you somewhere different.

My client thought Ozempic was her next step.

She was frustrated, uncomfortable in her body and felt like nothing she tried was really working anymore.

So before going down that road, she decided to give herself 12 weeks.

We kept it simple.

Strength training.
More daily movement.
Better nutrition.
And most importantly, consistency over perfection.

12 weeks later, her clothes were fitting better, she was stronger, had more energy and was starting to feel confident in herself again.

And she didn’t stop at 12 weeks.

She’s still working with me now because this was never just about losing weight. It was about building habits she could actually maintain and finally getting out of that cycle of constantly starting again.

If you’re 35+ and feel like your body has changed and what used to work just isn’t working anymore, you don’t necessarily need to try harder.

You might just need a different approach.
