Week 13 → 3 weeks to go 💫

Not finished yet.
Not at the goal yet.
But proud of myself for showing up.

These last few weeks haven’t felt glamorous. They’ve felt repetitive. Quiet. Consistent.

The reality is transformation doesn’t happen from one perfect week.

It happens from doing the basics over and over:
– Training
– Steps
– Eating well most of the time
– Recovering
– Showing up when motivation isn’t there

Looking back at Week 1, I can see more than physical change.

I feel stronger. More disciplined. More capable.

And honestly - that’s always the bigger win.

Three weeks left now. One final push.

You already know what to do. You’ve known for years.

But knowing and doing are two completely different things - especially when you’re running a business, raising kids, caring for everyone around you, and trying to hold it all together.

The women I work with are capable, driven, and smart. They’re not stuck because they lack information. They’re stuck because they have nothing left at the end of the day to give to themselves.

If that’s you - this is for you.

The missing piece is never another programme or another podcast or another plan you build on a Sunday night.

It’s having someone consistently in your corner. Checking in. Paying attention. Holding you to the standard you set for yourself when you signed up.

This lovely lady came to me when she was overwhelmed, lacking confidence, and unsure where to even start.

She’d tried before.

Started strong, fell off, started again.

The all-or-nothing cycle that just kept going around in circles.

Spent money on programs online. Tried to do it alone.

But nothing stuck - because she had no real structure, no support, and no plan that actually fit her life.

That’s where everything changed.

With accountability, consistency, and a plan built around her - not some ideal version of her life she started showing up for herself week after week.

12 weeks later:
✓ Weight down
✓ Clothes fitting better
✓ Energy back
✓ Confidence growing
✓ Navigating social events and still staying on track going into summer

And this is just the beginning.

This is the end of block one.
She’s not done - we’re only getting started. 🤍

Week 10 update 👀

About 6 weeks left now and honestly… time is flying.

Just back from Scotland, in my luteal phase now, weight is up slightly on the scales this morning and feeling a little bit more watery/bloated from travel and my cycle but this is exactly why progress photos matter so much.

If I only focused on the scales each week, I’d probably think I wasn’t progressing. But when you compare the photos side by side, the changes are clear.

This is something I remind my clients of all the time:
the scales only tell you one piece of the story.

Hormones, travel, stress, sodium, sleep, your cycle all of these things can impact scale weight temporarily. That doesn’t mean you’ve gained body fat overnight.

I’ve still had weekends away, meals out and days where I didn’t feel 100%, but instead of throwing in the towel and starting again every Monday, I just kept coming back to the basics:

Training ✔️
Steps ✔️
Food ✔️
Consistency ✔️

That’s what actually moves the needle long term.

You can still live your life and make progress. 🤍

I used to be the woman hiding behind baggy clothes.

The secret isn’t doing new workouts every week…

It’s progressive overload.

Doing the same lifts -
and gradually improving them over time.

More weight.
More reps.
Better control.
Better ex*****on.

That’s what forces your body to adapt and build muscle.

If you’re constantly switching exercises, you’re always starting from scratch.

No tracking.
No progression.
No real stimulus to change.

And without that - you won’t build muscle.

The basics, done consistently, with intent to improve…
that’s what actually gets results.
