Week 13 → 3 weeks to go 💫
Not finished yet.
Not at the goal yet.
But proud of myself for showing up.
These last few weeks haven’t felt glamorous. They’ve felt repetitive. Quiet. Consistent.
The reality is transformation doesn’t happen from one perfect week.
It happens from doing the basics over and over:
– Training
– Steps
– Eating well most of the time
– Recovering
– Showing up when motivation isn’t there
Looking back at Week 1, I can see more than physical change.
I feel stronger. More disciplined. More capable.
And honestly - that’s always the bigger win.
Three weeks left now. One final push.
