I love my work, growing and evolving all the time, adding benefit and offering value to my community.

Its been a busy time with new offerings in the pipeline.

I believe and experience this approach daily in my work. Deep dives into the "why" you are experiencing symptoms...the signs to step out and look with a wider lens at your story.

This is not quick fix work, it offers real change if that's what you are looking good for.

I'm on your team, we work together and you are learning to trust and listen to your body wisdom, your inner authority.

Your story is unique to you. Your stress, environment, epigenetics, emotional patterns and medical history, and its a privilege to sit with you to support your health journey.

Bealtaine Bliss Cheesecake 🌼

This time of year asks something different of us…

To step outside
To reconnect
To remember that nourishment doesn’t just come from food —
but from the land itself

This cheesecake was created from that place a few years ago on a Hedgerow to Kitchen Medicine Workshop in Westport.

I swapped maple for gorse flower syrup
→ bringing in that soft, fragrant warmth of the hedgerows

Topped with wild blossoms
→ dandelion flowers for antioxidants
→ gorse for lightness, courage and uplift
→ Hawthorn for the heart, physically and emotionally

It’s simple. Seasonal. Alive.
