Reflex therapy is a simple method of applying oils to contact points (or nerve endings) in the feet or hands. Feeling very grateful and renewed after spending a weekend with Emma Murray as part of her Transformational New Year, Rebirth, Renewal Retreat. A Stunning location and luxury stay... A weekend of Journaling, Cacao, Card pulling, Fire Ceremony, Nutritional guidance with Alicia, amazing meals, Vision Board Workshop, Powerful Breathwork with Seamus McManus, Access bars with Karen Manhani... and not forgetting Izzie who loved all the pampering and cuddles too 😍 🐾
