How many times have you said
* I’ll start on Monday ❤️

* It’s nearly May where have the last four months gone?

We still have a good 8 weeks before the summer holidays, instead of saying all of the above, how about in July you say, I’m so glad I started on Tuesday the 28th of April ❤️
I’m so glad I didn’t wait ❤️
I’m so glad I stuck with it the first week, the weeks that followed and turned into months❤️
It’s July and I feel great having lost a stone and a half ❤️
this is is possible ❤️
