Did you know that last year's sunscreen might not be protecting you anymore? Sunscreen degrades over time, especially if it's been sitting in a warm beach bag or car.

To check if yours is still safe to use, flip the bottle over and look for the "Period After Opening" (PAO) symbol - it looks like a tiny open jar with a number followed by an 'M' (like 12M). This tells you exactly how many months the product stays effective once opened!

If it's past its expiry date, or if the texture and smell have changed, it’s time for an upgrade.
