Unfortunately the Dead animal Flesh & bovine breastmilk INDUSTRY will still be telling ppl to overdose on Protein with their billions in profits. Hopefully the tides are turning and more of us are seeing the TRUTH about this. our nearest relatives are chimps and apes and out digestive systems are similar to theirs. We are not like Cows or dogs so it makes no sense to eat dead animal flesh n drink bovine mammary excretions. ROCK on VEGANS - we will survive and Thrive !

One of the deadliest things about our diets is not eating enough fruits. Worldwide, if humanity ate more fruits, we might save an estimated 1.7 million lives a year.

What about the sugar in fruits?

The fructose found naturally in fruits is packaged with fiber and antioxidants, which may help to explain why people experience positive health benefits when they eat fruits. Adding berries to a meal can help blunt an insulin spike from high glycemic foods, for instance. The fiber in fruits can help slow the release of the sugar, and fruit phytonutrients can help inhibit the transportation of sugar through our intestinal walls into our bloodstream.

Industrial fructose, such as added sugar, table sugar, and high fructose corn syrup, is associated with declining liver function and hypertension. Additionally, industrial fructose may impact body weight, blood pressure, insulin levels, and lipid levels. So, we should strive to cut down on processed, added sugars in our diet.

Learning to use fruits as sweeteners is one way to add more fruits into our diet while also lowering the amount of added sugars. Swap in date paste, dates, or ripe bananas, for example, in place of maple syrup or table sugar. At first, recipes may not seem as sweet, but, within a few weeks, your taste buds will adjust.

AVOID/reduce ; alcohol, dairy, sugar, meat , eggs fish, cheese, dried fruit, butter, and then eat more alkaline veg and pulses so
for example cook/eat a chickpea curry rather than a chicken curry and instead of beef stew have a black bean stew. I use low fat hummus instead of butter and I put about 10 veggies in my one pot stews, curries etc.

As the old adage says "if we do what we always did we get what we always got " so you CAN'T continue to do the same things and eat the same foods and get different results. Please consider these, so I can help you become pain-free and truly well again.

Smelly breath may be worth it !

For cancer prevention, the evidence points to a diet centered around plant foods with minimal animal products. Many foods included on our Daily Dozen checklist, including berries, leafy green vegetables, beans, flaxseeds, garlic, onions, turmeric, and green tea, may be particularly beneficial for cancer prevention. Most top cancer-preventing vegetables belong to one of two superfood families: cruciferous veggies, such as broccoli, kale, cauliflower, and cabbage, and the allium veg, including garlic, leeks, and onions.

Eat one big clove’s worth of crushed raw garlic, and, within hours, you get an alteration of the expression of your genes related to anti-cancer immunity. Does this then translate into lower cancer risk?

Ten population studies put together found that those who reported higher consumption of garlic had half the risk of stomach cancer. What is considered to be a high intake of garlic? In each study, it was different—from consuming garlic a few times a month to every day. Regardless, those who ate more garlic appeared to have lower cancer rates than those who ate less, suggesting a protective effect. Given that stomach cancer is a leading cause of cancer-related death around the world, garlic may be a relatively cheap and accessible food to incorporate into our diet for cancer prevention.

I did a bit of FREE research for a client, who has a relative with heart disease (Cardiomyopathy) and I'm copying the research here. (2) The Esselstyn Heart Disease Program at Cleveland Clinic is based on the research of Dr. Caldwell B. Esselstyn, Jr. MD and other physicians with a similar focus on plant-based nutrition. For the past ten years at Cleveland Clinic, over 1,000 patients have participated in Dr. Esselstyn’s program. What were the results from the initial study?
5 of the 24 patients in Dr. Esselstyn’s initial study were told by cardiologists that they had less than a year to live. Yet, 12+ years later after following the Esselstyn Program, they survived symptom free.
Symptoms diminished (and often disappeared) within 8 to 12 weeks of starting the program. Within months, these dramatic changes occurred:
Cholesterol lowered: Patients’ average total cholesterol levels dropped from 246 mg/dL to 137 mg/dL.

No cardiac events: Before the study, the patients had 49 cardiac events (coronary bypass surgery, angioplasties, etc.). None of the patients who adhered to the eating plan experienced a cardiac event within 12 years of follow-up.
Excellent angiograms: Patients’ angiograms showed a widening of the coronary arteries — a reversal of heart disease.
