Combining yoga, upcycling and botanical printing for a summer morning workshop experience.
🌸🧘‍♀️✨️☀️

Beginning with a grounding gentle yoga practice, this workshop invites you to slow down and settle in to the day before exploring botanical printing.

Following refreshments, we’ll then explore the beautiful and mindful art of botanical printing. Working with upcycled textiles and with flowers and foliage you will create your own unique wall hanging inspired by the colours, textures, and quiet beauty of the surrounds.

Working with reclaimed fabrics and seasonal botanicals, this experience encourages creativity, presence, and a slower way of making — embracing imperfection, sustainability, and connection through hands-on creativity.

No experience is necessary and all materials are provided.
