I cannot wait for this Sound bath Evening and would love you to join me 🩷

🕔 5:00pm – 6:30pm
📍 Barntown Community Centre

90 minutes to step away from the busyness of life and give yourself permission to simply pause, breathe, and receive.

Together, we will begin by gently connecting to the breath, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to become still. You’ll then be guided through a Yoga Nidra meditation, often described as “yogic sleep,” helping the body and mind enter state of rest.

From there, you will be immersed in a healing sound bath, where the vibrations of sound encourage you to:

* ✨ Release anything you are ready to let go of
* 💜 Restore balance to your chakra energy centres
* 🌿 Create space within the body and mind for new beginnings
* 🧘 Experience deep relaxation and inner calm

Please bring:
* A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
* A blanket and pillow for extra comfort
* Warm, cosy clothing
* Water if you’d like

Laura’s Sanctuary is now a beautiful treatment room in my home in Castlebridge. In some ways the space has become smaller but for me, with the time and space I have created for each client, I believe the experience has become much bigger. 💆🏻‍♀️

For the past 24 years, I’ve been so passionate about helping people feel relaxed, restored, confident and cared for through holistic and beauty treatments and now I have created a treatment list of all my favourite treatments that I cannot wait to share with you all. ✨

If possible please allow 15-20 minutes extra when you book a treatment with me, the time listed is the time you’ll be receiving your treatmet 💆🏻‍♀️. I also always allow extra time around this so you can arrive, settle in, and gently come back to yourself afterwards… without rushing.
This is one of the most special parts of having a home salon. There is no rush.
I believe time is the most precious thing we have… so let’s slow it down and make it magic. Laura ✨

✨NEW AROMATHERAPY BLEND CANDLE SCENT✨I have been having some fun with my essential oils mixing and matching trying to create a new scent and today I created the most beautiful scent - my house smells amazing and I am obsessed. 😍 The top notes are fresh lemon and lemongrass giving this blend their uplifting qualities, leading into a heart of sweet orange, and then settling into a soft, calming base of lavender. Myself and Myriam are hosting our next magical day retreat Saturday May 9th.
We will be sitting in circle, sipping cacao, journalling, sharing and pulling cards, there will be reiki, sound healing, yin yoga, the most delicious food made with love by the amazingly talented Charisse and closing with a very special Sound bath that myself and Myriam will co-facilitate and both be playing the sound healing instruments during. On this day we will be placing a little extra focus on the Root Chakra ❤️ We cannot wait for more of this magic and are excited to see who will join us ###
