Wintering ❄️

I am well settled in the joy of simple being.
Enjoying slow winter hikes, sometimes with a friend, sometimes alone.
A flask filled with warm cacao on frosty mornings.
Sitting by the fire. Sharing moments. Laughing freely.
More time spent with my books, my yarns, and my lovely therapy clients

In this quiet presence, I find myself reaching more often for a little cup of spiced cacao - cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, a pinch of cayenne, and a drop of honey. On my own or shared with loved ones 🤍

This is how I’m wintering.

A little update on the Ceremonial Cacao ✨️

We have very limited stocks of Balinese, Ecuador, and Colombian ceremonial cacao in our online store at the moment 🌱

We are expecting a few new varieties soon. These will be very limited, I'll keep you updated 💚

Unfortunately, due to increasing popularity, the prices of Ceremonial Cacao are constantly rising. We have decided to keep our current prices until the end of July and will review them again with the arrival of the new stock.

We are striving to keep supporting small farmers, and if there is a need, we will limit our selection of Ceremonial Cacao if it stops resonating with our values.

One sunny day on this beautiful land, I've had the pleasure again to prepare Cacao medicine.

I love this process of preparation, the intention, my focus, the love and excitement buzzing in every cell of my body.

I am truly grateful to and and everyone involved in creating this beautiful Connected event ❤️
