While losing my weight the classes were a great support to me,all the other members knew how I felt and could relate to me,no one judged me by a number on the scales and we had fun,sharing tips and recipes. Since Miriam joined our wonderful class in May 2024 she never misses class, stays for the talk and tracks her food every day, the results speak for themselves if she can do it so can you!
