Close your eyes.

Say internally:
“I am safe in this moment.”

Slow inhale.
Longer exhale.

Do for 3 minutes.

Safety must be practiced.

Post Title: 5-Minute Nervous System Reset

If you feel anxiety “in your chest,” try this:

Inhale through nose 4 seconds

Hold 4 seconds

Slow exhale through mouth 6 seconds

Repeat 10 times

Longer exhale = signal to brain: “I am safe.”

Do this before sleep tonight.

If you feel tension that doesn’t release, bodywork can help discharge what breath alone cannot.
