What does it mean to come home to yourself?

It means reconnecting with the part of you that already knows.

The part that remembers what feels true.

The part that quietly knows your next step.

Sometimes all we need is the right setting.

A space to reconnect.

A space to be held.

A space to hear ourselves again.

That’s what took place in this field ✨

If this speaks to you, you’re warmly invited to join my WhatsApp community. You’ll be the first to hear about future journeys. The link is in my bio.

I still can’t quite believe it.

The magical field I’ve been pouring my heart into over the past few weeks is being destroyed. I was genuinely heartbroken when I found out this morning.

Here’s what happened next…

Maybe it’s a quiet evening beneath the trees.

Warm lanterns.

The sound of Tibetan bowls.

Gentle hands offering Reiki.

A circle where nothing is expected of you except to simply be.

A chance to put down, even for a little while, everything you’ve been carrying.

Preparing the field for next week’s gathering, I received a quiet message.

Maybe healing isn’t about becoming someone new.

Maybe it’s about gently clearing away what no longer belongs, so we can remember what has been there all along.

I can’t wait to welcome the women who are meant to gather here 🌙

There is something profoundly healing about being witnessed in nature.

Every person arrives carrying something different. Stress. Grief. Transition. Burnout. The pressure of holding it all together.

Reading these words reminds me why I create these journeys: to offer a space where people can exhale, reconnect, and come home to themselves.

Thank you to every person who trusted me enough to step into the unknown.

🤍

When was the last time you truly exhaled?

Not the quick breath between responsibilities.

Not the exhausted collapse at the end of the day.

I mean the kind of exhale that happens when your body realizes it doesn’t have to hold everything alone.

That’s the intention behind Journey of Belonging.

An evening under the open sky.

✨ Guided Meditation
✨ Sacred Sharing Circle
✨ Reiki Healing
✨ Tibetan Bowls
✨ Nature Immersion

A space to put everything down for a little while.

A space to be witnessed.

A space to receive.

Because sometimes the most loving thing we can do is allow ourselves to be held too.

Women who are strong, capable, and giving.

Women who are navigating change, carrying a lot, or simply longing for a space where they can slow down, breathe, and receive support.

On July 2, we’ll gather beneath the moonlight in a beautiful field in Jerusalem for an evening of Reiki, guided meditation, sound healing, nature immersion, and heartfelt connection.

Together, we’ll create space to step away from the demands of daily life, reconnect with ourselves, and remember what it feels like to be held.

My intention is simple: that you leave feeling refreshed, grounded, renewed, and more connected to your own inner resources.

• Journey of Belonging
• French Hill, Jerusalem
• July 2, from 7pm-10pm
• Limited to 12 women

Most of us have become so accustomed to carrying everything ourselves that we forget what it feels like to be held.

To pause.

To exhale.

To let someone else hold the space for a while.

Journey of Belonging was created as an invitation into that experience.

An intimate evening for women in nature, where you’ll be guided through Reiki, Sound Healing, Meditation, Sharing Circle, and meaningful connection under the open sky.

A chance to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Come home to yourself.
And remember what it feels like to be held.

The Dead Sea often reminds me of something I forget when life gets busy:

I don’t have to carry everything alone.

Most days, so many of us are holding so much.

Responsibilities.
Decisions.
The needs of others.
The invisible mental load that rarely gets acknowledged.

We become so accustomed to carrying that we forget what it feels like to be supported.

Here, floating in the stillness of the Dead Sea, I remember.

The water holds me effortlessly.
The earth supports me completely.

And for a moment, there is nothing to do.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to carry.

Just the simple reminder that I, too, am held ✨
