Here is a picture of the first of the several buildings to be rebuilt after the fire. It was just finished about a week ago and already it was able to be part of the experience of something that happens here very rarely - that being snow! Here in Jerusalem, it is a very rare and special gift to experience snow and it has been 8 years since it happened the last time. So already we have been blessed with a beautiful new beginning... may it continue, for us and for all of you, our faithful friends.

The Epic Fire

The Harp of David cannot be destroyed, not by fire, not by water, not by hatred... it is eternally intertwined with the destiny of Israel, the destiny of the world. It has one more special song of healing and blessing to sing, and this is for all the nations of the world. This song must be sung...it cannot silenced.
This recent tragedy of the burning of the Yair Kedushim, the forest of Holy Ones, and our harp shop, is only a pause in the music... when the harp of David returns, it will bring with it the promised Shir Hadash, the New Song, the last song of redemption to all the peoples and nations on earth. May it bring its unique melody of peace, blessing and healing to all the peoples of the earth... and may it be soon.
