The internal and external causes of disease.

Internal is from inside the self. It is individual, genetic or otherwise,
a predisposition or an idiosyncracy. This also belongs to "Who".

External causes of disease , the occasional cause, the event or situation , lifestyle etc..., this must be carefully considered. Here we have miasmic problems - uncured diseases - as well as medicinal diseases from improper treatment, homeopathic and allopathic. Here is also vaccination.

We also might find a combination of both Internal and external causes of disease which is more difficult to cure.

We need to select one medicine at a time.

Whenever two medicines look equally indicated, with one of the medicines giving coverage for one aspect of the disease and another medicine giving coverage for a different symptom - do not combine the medicines.
Choose one.
Afterwards in your follow up, reevaluate to see what comes next in the treatment.

Do not automatically use the other medicine that was considered.

After the use of the first medicine the disease picture will have changed.
