Many schools teach 4th Organon edition methods of dry pellets and watch and wait.

Basically, a substance is made up into a certain potency through trituration and succussion. Then we moisten pellets with that medicating potency. Hahnemann advised the poppyseed size of sac lac pellet. The pellets are moistened with the medicating potency then spread on a paper to dry.

When the pellets are dry they are placed carefully in a vial and closed tightly.

Pellets are used for storage and portability.

To use a medicine as pellets it's quite a large quantity of medicine.

When we take one pellet and dilute it , it not only reaches more surface area but is a much smaller amount of medicine. We adjust the size of the dose by adjusting the amount of water and the amount of liquid dilution used.

There are times, particularly in a chronic disease where we include symptoms that have been destroyed or changed by other treatments as well as symptoms that are an important part of the person's past.
Unless it's a true acute , when we fail to examine the whole person , the pathogenesis of how they got to where they are now ,we might not get to the essential features of the case.
We need to go deep enough so that we avoid "always curing, never cured."

Homeopathy is treating an existing illness with the substance which according to the proving data is most similar to the natural disease.
All other uses of potentized substances needs another category/ label - as it is not homeopathy because it is not homeopathic to the case.

We can work with very sensitive people in a few different ways.

🌱Have them smell the medicine bottle instead of taking it by mouth.

🌱Add a second or third dilution cup. From the stock dilution bottle, put a little bit in the first dilution cup , stir then taking a little bit of that and adding it to another glass of water and then using a teaspoon of diluted medicine from the second glass.

🌱 Reduce the quantity of medicine dose. For example one drop from the dilution bottle. Or one drop from the cup dilution.
