...Just got back from a whirlwind trip to the Philippines - centennial celebration for my Upsilon UP fraternity group, 50 years batch ball, a trip from Manila to Davao by car (my wife and I had to fly back to Manila to be in time for the centennial, about 4 workshops/seminars and a luncheon meeting with my former grade school and high school classmates introducing them to back maintenance & body management techniques (well received...)

For more than 30 years I have treated, taught and helped a lot of people with many forms of aches and pains especially back- lower back, upper back, arm and leg problems. During the last 10 years I developed a self help technique so people can do the exercises that I used in my treatments themselves. It is called The Back Maintenance and Body Management technique. During the last New Year I was surprised to get a phone call from an elderly man who calmed me (I thought he called for a treatment) saying that he just called to thank me for the techniques I taught him. He has been doing the exercises regularly and whereas before he used to suffer a lot from back pains ...he is now pain free...!!!
I sincerely hope I shall be able to teach more people the ways and benefits of the Back Maintenance and Body Management technique and way of life.
