MP Deputy CM Rajendra Shukla Extends Support to Brahma Kumaris Medical Wing's Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan

Shri Shukla, extended his support to the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan led by the Brahma Kumaris Medical Wing, describing it as a significant spiritual initiative for building an addiction-free India.

He expressed confidence that the nationwide campaign, to be held from 6–20 August, will inspire 100 million citizens to pledge a drug-free life and emerge as a historic people's movement for a healthier, stronger, and addiction-free India.

During a goodwill meeting with BK Prakash Bhai and BK Subhash Bhai, Shri Shukla appreciated the Brahma Kumaris' nearly 90 years of dedicated spiritual service and said that Rajyoga Meditation empowers individuals with inner strength, positive values, and freedom from addiction, enabling them to lead healthy, peaceful, and value-based lives.

A delegation from the Brahma Kumaris, led by Dr. Banarasi Lal Shah, Medical Wing RERF Brahma Kumaris, and BK Kamla Didi, met Hon'ble Union Minister for Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, Dr. Virendra Kumar Ji, in New Delhi.

The meeting focused on important social initiatives, including health and well-being of senior citizens, drug de-addiction, and the role of spiritual values in creating a healthier and more compassionate society.

As part of the Brahma Kumaris Medical Wing's commitment to values-based healthcare, Doctors' Day was celebrated on 1st July at GHRC Hospital, bringing together doctors from Global Hospital and Trauma Hospital to honour their dedicated service.

The programme was graced by Dr. Darshan Lal Gola, IG, CRPF. Dr. Pratap Midha, Director, GHRC Hospital, shared his heartfelt message, while Brahma Kumaris Rajyogini Sudesh Didi Ji blessed and appreciated the doctors for their noble service.

Around 50 doctors participated with great enthusiasm. The programme was inspiring, well received, and left everyone motivated with blessings, good wishes, and a renewed spirit of service.
