💧 Cold, warm, or room temperature — does it really make a difference?

The truth is, water is essential at every temperature, but each one can affect your body a little differently.

While very cold water may feel refreshing but can disturb your digestion, warm water is often preferred for digestive comfort, and room-temperature water tends to be the easiest on the body for everyday hydration.

Which one do you usually reach for? Let me know in the comments! 👇

Your wooden kitchen tools need a little extra care too! ❤️

Every 3–4 days, give your wooden spatulas, spoons, rolling pin (belan), and other wooden tools a deep clean using lukewarm water and lemon.

This helps to remove trapped moisture, food residue, and odors while keeping them fresh and hygienic.

One important tip: Avoid soaking wooden tools in hot water for long periods, as excess heat and moisture can cause the wood to swell, crack, or lose its shape.

And yes, share this with someone who uses wooden kitchen tools every day.

So, Next time you go vegetable shopping, don’t just pick randomly — look for signs of freshness like tight florets, thin tender skin, closed caps, and juicy crisp texture.

We all try to eat healthy everyday by adding more vegetables in our diet. But most people still wash them with just water… and that’s NOT enough.

Leafy greens, broccoli, cauliflower & capsicum can hide dirt, tiny insects, worms and residue inside the layers!

And here’s the One simple tip for all vegetables:
Soak them in salt water or turmeric water for 10–15 minutes before cooking to help remove hidden dirt, insects & residue naturally.

One thing I truly believe as a nutritionist is that healthy eating should never feel restrictive — especially for our loved ones 🤍

This No Sugar, No Cream Mango Kulfi is made with just 5 simple ingredients, yet it turns out incredibly rich, creamy and naturally delicious 🥭

For this recipe, I wanted perfectly ripe and good quality mangoes, so I checked and honestly loved the variety available there — from Kesar to Alphonso and so many more for every kind of aam paglu 🥭✨

The Kesar mangoes I ordered were naturally ripened, carbide-free and ready to eat — which made the kulfi taste even better.

Sometimes wellness is not about saying “no” to every craving. It’s about creating better versions of the foods we already love.

Comment “MANGO” for the detailed recipe ❤️

You might think all vegetables are healthiest when eaten raw… but that’s not always true 👀🥗

Some vegetables are actually better cooked because eating them raw can affect it’s digestion, nutrient absorption, or even hygiene.

❌ Cabbage & cauliflower — as it can sometimes carry tiny worms or bacteria if not cleaned and cooked properly. Raw cruciferous veggies may also cause bloating in many people.

❌ Capsicum — because the crown and seeds can trap dirt, pesticides, and microbes, so proper washing and light cooking is better.

❌ Broccoli — because raw broccoli can be hard to digest for some people and may cause gas, bloating, or discomfort.

❌ Spinach — because many people add raw spinach to juices and salads daily, but spinach contains oxalates which may interfere with mineral absorption when consumed excessively raw.

Cooking these vegetables lightly can improve digestion, reduce anti-nutrients, and make them safer to eat 🌿

I made this super refreshing Mango Cucumber Crunch Salad and it turned out SO good. It’s tangy, crunchy, chatpata and actually filling too.

🥗 Mango Cucumber Crunch Salad Recipe:

• ¼ raw mango sliced
• 1 cucumber chopped
• ½ pomegranate
• ½ carrot chopped
• 1 cup chopped lettuce
• 1 tbsp crushed peanuts
* 50-60 grams roasted paneer

Dressing:
• 1 tbsp Dr. Vaidya’s Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother
• 1 tsp Black pepper powder
• 1 tsp Jeera powder
• Pinch of Oregano
• Salt as per taste

I’ve been using this Dr Vaidya’s ACV specially because its not bitter and doesn’t spoil the taste of the dressing but instead adds a nice flavor. I love adding ACV to meals like this because it helps me stay mindful with cravings and makes healthy meals feel more enjoyable ✨

Mix everything together and enjoy chilled 💛

Save this for your next “balance it out” meal & send it to your salad-loving friend 🫶
