We’re Hiring! Executive / Senior Executive - Accounts

📍Location: Vadodara

🏢Company: CoSara Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd.

Job Type: Full-time

Are you an experienced accountant looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Executive / Senior Executive - Accounts to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Handle GST filings and ensure timely compliance with all GST regulations.
Oversee inventory and store-related accounting activities.
Process and manage payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries, bonuses, and other employee benefits.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
Contribute to budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Perform other accounting, payroll, and financial tasks as required.

📚Qualifications:

B.Com/M.Com or Inter CA
3-5 years of relevant experience (stores, GST, payroll)
Proficiency in Tally
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
