Day 155
I tried to be a pan-India brand before I was even the best brand in my own city. Big mistake.

Sales team across metros + manufacturing on my own shoulders = zero money left for marketing. A great product with no one saying its name out loud.

So I stopped. And I went deep instead of wide.
