It was a great privilege for me to conduct a seminar at Smt. PBD Joshi High School for the esteemed school authorities.
During the session, we discussed the importance of children’s mental health and how timely counselling can play a vital role in healing and overall emotional well-being.

We also spoke about the benefits of naturopathy in maintaining a healthy body and mind, emphasizing that many natural remedies and preventive measures can be found right in our own kitchens.
