A 70-year-old dada and dadi came in with severe eye pain, redness, and watering. On careful history, they revealed that by mistake, a wrong drop (not meant for eyes) was instilled into dada’s eye, assuming it was an eye drop.

This accidental error caused chemical injury to the eye, leading to immediate discomfort and potential risk to vision. Prompt examination and emergency management helped control the damage and prevent serious complications.

👉 Key Message from Dr. Tirth Patel:
